How EY Technologies Europe B.V. handles your personal data.

1. Who we are

EY Technologies Europe B.V. ("EYT Europe", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We are established at Goirkestraat 84, 5046 GN Tilburg, The Netherlands, and can be reached at info@eytechnologies.eu or +31 13 511 9316.

2. What data we collect

When you use this website, we may collect:

  • The details you enter in our contact or quote forms: name, company, email address, country, product interest and your message.
  • The details you enter to download a brochure: business email address and company name.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not collect data from visitors under the age of 16.

3. Why we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your quote requests, sample requests and questions.
  • Provide the brochure or product information you asked for, including related product updates.
  • Maintain a record of business contacts for sales and account management.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for brochure downloads where a consent box is shown, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries you initiated.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website and our communication, such as our website hosting, database and email delivery providers. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements.

Because EYT Europe distributes products engineered by EY Technologies Inc. in the USA, your contact details may be shared with our parent company where this is necessary to answer technical questions about the product. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your contact details for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and in line with statutory retention periods for business records. If you ask us to stop using your details, we will delete them unless we must keep them by law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@eytechnologies.eu.

7. Security

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls limited to staff who need the data for their work.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
